My privately owned Silvertown condo, is located in beautiful Park City, Utah on Park Avenue and Empire, and is within walking distance of Park City Mountain Resort as well as the shops and restaurants on Main Street.  Since this is my summer getaway, it has been decorated with all the appointments of a home. You will feel like you are staying at a friend's place -- unlike the all too common, sterile, "hotel room" feel. Constant upgrades provide you an excellent value. During the summer of 2005 I completely remodeled the entire unit with a open floorplan, new floors and carpet, new furnishings, and new appliances.

This condo is located within walking distance to grocery shopping, restaurants, and theatres. Walk to the Main Street Area (shops and restaurants), or take the free shuttle which stops right in front of the condo.  With two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a sofa sleeper in the living room, six can stay comfortably at this ski getaway.
